Safaris in Uganda
We confirm halal meal arrangements with each lodge before you book, and carry packed halal meals on long game-drive days. Where a property cannot accommodate the request, we say so before you commit rather than after.
Fajr is prayed at the lodge before you leave. Prayer mats and a qibla compass travel in the vehicle, and your guide plans stops for Dhuhr and Asr into the day's route.
Yes. Every Daaru Sa’aadah safari uses a private 4x4 vehicle and guide unless you specifically ask to join a group departure.
June to September and December to February are the drier months, with easier tracks and animals concentrated near water. The green seasons are quieter, greener and better for birds.

Hajj and Umrah
We assist with preparing and submitting the required application and documentation. We do not, and cannot, guarantee the outcome of any visa or authorisation decision — that rests entirely with the relevant authorities. CLIENT: confirm the precise scope of the service you provide.
Earlier gives more choice of dates, accommodation and pricing, particularly around Ramadan and school holidays when demand is highest.
CLIENT: confirm who travels with your groups and what guidance they provide, so we can describe it accurately.
Yes, and it is common. Tell us about mobility, medication and any assistance needed at the enquiry stage so accommodation, transport and pace can be planned around it rather than adjusted on arrival.
Inclusions vary by package and are listed in full on each package page. Where something is not included, it is stated explicitly.
Yes. Private pilgrimage arrangements are available for families and small parties who would prefer their own schedule.
CLIENT: confirm your cancellation and amendment terms so we can set out exactly what happens.
