Where faith meets the journey
Daaru Sa’aadah Tours & Travel is a Uganda-based specialist operator, working in two areas: halal safari journeys across Uganda, and organised Hajj and Umrah travel.
We are a Ugandan company. That matters more than it might sound. It means the guide who meets you at Entebbe works for us, the lodges we recommend are places we have stayed, and the arrangements we make for halal meals and prayer are made directly rather than passed down a chain of suppliers.
Our mission
To make travel in Uganda and pilgrimage to the Holy Cities straightforward, well-organised and respectful of the values our travellers hold — so that the practical side of a journey never gets in the way of its purpose.
Our vision
To be the operator Muslim travellers name first when they think of East Africa, and the one Ugandan pilgrims trust with the most important journey of their lives.
How we work
Two things run through everything we do. The first is that we plan around you rather than around a fixed product — dates, pace, dining, prayer, mobility, privacy. The second is that we do not promise what we cannot deliver. If a lodge cannot arrange halal meals, we say so. If a visa decision is not ours to make, we say that too.
CLIENT: founding year, the story behind the name, team size, number of journeys operated and any partnerships are all left out deliberately. Send us the details and we will write them in.
