Our commitment to pilgrims
What we take responsibility for before, during and after your pilgrimage.
A pilgrimage is not a holiday, and organising one carries a different weight. This page sets out what we commit to.
Before you travel
- A clear explanation of what your package includes and, just as importantly, what it does not
- Help preparing documentation, with realistic timelines
- A pre-departure briefing covering the journey, the accommodation and what to expect on arrival
- Honest answers about costs, with no charges appearing later
While you are away
- A group coordinator you can reach
- Accommodation and transport confirmed before departure, not arranged on arrival
- A number your family at home can call
After you return
- A follow-up conversation, and help resolving anything outstanding
What we do not claim
We do not guarantee visa or authorisation outcomes — those decisions rest with the relevant authorities. We do not issue religious rulings. Where you need a ruling on your own circumstances, please consult a qualified scholar.
CLIENT: confirm who accompanies your groups, your support hours, and the precise scope of your visa assistance so this page can be specific rather than general.
